Terms

Last updated August 20, 2026 · pickrocks.com

Rocks is a personal tool in active use by its operator — not a public consumer SaaS, and not medical advice. These terms cover the marketing site and the private desk. If they ever need a lawyer’s rewrite for a public launch, we’ll publish it here first.

The product

Rocks is an ADHD-first daily intercept. You empty the head, load one Best rock, then work. Walking away costs a sentence. It is not a blocker, a todo list, a streak game, or a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure ADHD.

Where this lives

pickrocks.com is the marketing and trust site. rocks.fit serves the same public landing. The app lives at make.rocks.fit. Mail is hello@pickrocks.com.

Coming soon / waitlist

Nothing here is for sale yet. The Notify me form is a place in line, not a paid account. Founding prices mentioned on the site are a statement of intent for the first 100, not a checkout. We can change the product, the timing, or the price before launch.

The private desk

The app uses Google sign-in. Only an allowlisted operator may stay signed in. If you are not that person, you will be signed out. Do not treat a login button as an invitation to an account you weren’t offered.

Your responsibilities

Our responsibilities

We run this in good faith. Hosting, Google, and Firebase will have ordinary outages. We don’t promise uptime, backups you can sue over, or that a rock you typed will be there forever. Export what matters to you.

Intellectual property

The name, cairn, copy, and product are owned by Rocks. Don’t copy the mark or pass this off as yours. A quiet, faceless product is still someone’s work.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, Rocks is provided as-is. We aren’t liable for lost work, lost mornings, or consequential damages. If a court requires a cap, it’s the amount you paid us in the last twelve months — which, until launch, is zero.
